Exciting times at Keauhou Kai - and watch out for Madam Pele!

Though the market has been a little slow in Hawaii, you wouldn't know it if you have been in Keauhou Bay at the Keauhou Kai complex this past week.  Over 23 people turned up for the Caravan, and including a number of non-Realtors who visited unit #305 at Keauhou Kai.  With a freshly painted buildling, new elevator, beautifully landscaped grounds, and fully maintained spalling and railings, the complex looks like new and is in tip top shape!  The loft-like feel of the unit with hardwood floors, high celings, wrap-a-round lanai, and the ultimate in privacy is an added feature.  Though the cul-de-sac was busy with boaters, canoeists, and walkers, if you reside in the back unit at Keauhou Kai, it's all peace and quiet with a view of a beautiful plumeria and other exotic plantlife.  It's the ultimate in accessibility to shopping, water sports and golf, without the crowds or traffic.    Check out the newly painted building in this photo!  New%20Exterior.JPG

And...if that isn't enough excitement for you, check out the latest on what's happening with Kilauea, which happens to be extremely active right about now.  Recent visitors to my place at Keauhou Palena said that part of Crater Road was closed off, and a few days after they left, the entire area was under volcanoe warnings.  Still, many people are flocking to Volcanoe National Park to view spectacular Madam Pele in action!  Check out Volcano Watch!
